Document-to-folder relationships support a classical folder tree where you create folders and sub-folders according to your needs. The hierarchy is 100% customizable. You can easily manage the structure by adding new folders and subfolders, deleting existing ones or renaming them as required. Each folder can be restricted to other members of your workspace. They can only see folders that they are entitled to view. Besides, you can quickly configure the required level of access to other members of your workspace. You can set up to 4 levels of access to the folder including read, write or full access. For example, you can create Read Only Folders. These folders enforce read only of all their contents and are an ideal distribution source for company approved documents such as company dress code or expense report templates.

Document-to-document relationships allow you to quickly organize documents into logical groups. You can link related documents together that would not be stored in the same folder, for example, a customer technical specification and customer invoices. This allows you to quickly organize documents into logical groups based on the context of the document as compared to others in the system.
