Integrated Search allows you to retrieve your information in a convenient way. Three embedded searches help you find a document quickly and easily.

|
Preset search automatically retrieves recently created or modified documents. It is a predefined search query that is set up for your convenience. Preset Search allows you to retrieve documents just by one click. Preset Search can be done
By Date (includes Recently Added Documents, i.e. all documents that have been added to the workspace within the last 30 days and Recently Updated Documents, i.e. all documents that have been changed within the last 30 days);
By Status (you select from the workspace all documents with a specific status, i.e. current version, previous version and pre-previous version);
By Owner (you select from the workspace all documents created by a particular workspace member).

Advanced search retrieves documents by specific criteria. You conduct this search using any metadata fields including text boxes, multi-selects, check boxes, etc. and Boolean operators. This enables you to search across document templates. By combining several common fields (for example, document name, customer, date range) you can find documents that respond to your very special requests in seconds. For example, you can find all Invoices issued to ABC corporation by John Smith in April 2004 in just a few seconds. |

Search Security ensures that you can only search for documents you have access to. This prevents unauthorized documents from being searched and retrieved. |
