    eDocsOnline.com may, from time to time, e-mail you regarding our products and services. Only eDocsOnline.com will send you such e-mail. Customers who do not wish to receive these announcements may opt-out of receiving these communications by sending an e-mail to unsubscribe@edocsonline.com. All announcements sent by eDocsOnline.com also include unsubscribe instructions.
     
    If you have not opted-out of receiving mailings, we will communicate (generally by e-mail) with you to update Service information, provide support, provide marketing information, request feedback, request marketing input, and provide special offers and incentives related to the document Service.

    How can you correct, update or delete your information?
    All personal information collected is stored under your account and can be changed by you at any time by logging into the service and selecting Member Profile.
    If you have forgotten your password, please go to the login screen and select Forgot Password. Our Customer Support Center will provide you with your password by e-mail.
     
    Your account can be easily deleted or deactivated at anytime. Doing so will result in losing access to your account and to any documents stored there. Please visit our Customer Support Center for instructions about deleting or deactivating your eDocsOnline.com account.
     
     
    What are the security procedures to protect your information against the loss, misuse or alteration?
    eDocsOnline.com provides customers with online storage space that can be used to manage, store, share, access and protect important documents and files. We will not review, share, distribute, print or reference any data except as outlined in the Terms of Service or as may be required by law.
    Documents can only be seen by you and by those with whom you share them. Shared documents within a workgroup can also be accessed by the general member. And no one, except you, can access your personal documents.
     
    Your account information and member profile are protected with a password so that only you have access to your personal information. We request you maintain the secrecy of your password. eDocsOnline.com will never ask you for your password neither by e-mail nor by phone call. Besides, please, always sign out of your account when you finish your work.
     
    When you register for an eDocsOnline.com account, you may be asked for sensitive information, such as your credit card number. Information collected is encrypted and is protected with industry standard SSL encryption.
     
    The site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information provided to us. The servers are maintained in a secure, safe and trusted environment. A small number of approved system technicians have limited access to personally identifiable information and they are aware of the security policies.

    Unfortunately, no data transmission over Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, and there is a slight risk that data could be intercepted or interrupted during an Internet transmission.
