Click on Contact List on the top menu. The contact list has the contact information on registered workspace members indicated by icon. In addition, you can enter here contact information on any other persons and use this list as your private address book. Please note that the contact information is SSL encrypted with 128-bit code and no one except you has access to the contacts entered by you.

Contact list also allows you to quickly send an e-mail message without leaving eDocsOnline. Click on the e-mail address of the person to whom you want to send an e-mail. Write a message and press the Send button.

You may want to increase/decrease the number of columns or to rename them according to your needs and specialization (for example, department, home phone number, mobile phone, etc.).
Go to Administration Tools -> Contact List Customization.
